Jeff was the very first Market Manager hired by Cumulus when the company began in 1997. A 27-year veteran in the radio industry, Jeff has been “on the air” in markets large and small and has been a successful seller, sales manager and now Market Manager.  During his tenure with Cumulus, Jeff has been recognized both internally and externally for outstanding achievements and performances, including being named a finalist for the 2000 “Market Manager of the Year” by Radio Ink Magazine, and recipient of the “Outstanding Achievement Award” from the Cumulus in 2003. Jeff’s professional passion is in strategic brand development by helping local businesses achieve recognition as a “great” local brand and sharing that expertise and creativity with his team of talented brand managers and sales strategists. Jeff is Chairman of the Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, President of Oshkosh Convention Center Inc., and a Board Member for the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce. 

Candy has more than 20 years experience in sales & marketing within the Broadcast Industry. As Director of Sales for our Cumulus stations, her focus is to assist Account Executives and their clients in developing and implementing strategic brand identity solutions and results-oriented market planning. Her extensive portfolio includes small business ownership which gives her a unique perspective on business client needs and an experienced approach to setting goals and planning for success and growth.

Buck brings 20 years of sales management experience, including the last 10 years as the General Sales Manager at Cumulus Green Bay. His years in management have provided him with a solid working business sense that allows him to view things from a business perspective as well as from the potential customer's point of view.  Buck is a Wisconsin native who truly loves helping local business achieve long-term growth through the implementation of a sound marketing strategy.  He’s also pretty happy when Wisconsin beats Marquette.

Matthew's sales experience involves mostly retail over the past few years and has extensive experience in customer service and sales. He prides himself on integrity and honor which he developed over the years in the US Army. Matthew's military experience blended with his sales experience helped him build the foundation for what will be a long and promising career with Cumulus.

Brian brings 17 years of radio experience, with the last 14 spent on the air with Cumulus in Northeast Wisconsin. A native of Northeast Wisconsin, Brian has a passion for this area and helping local business thrive in the community. Client-focused and promotionally minded, Brian will deliver results through a sound marketing strategy designed just for you.

Jason has extensive experience in customer service from eight years of construction delivery and three years of tax preparation. Jason is customer focused and results driven with a desire to make a statement with every project that he is involved in. Jason looks forward to making a statement with you!

Wes Bantle absolutely loves being around people. Blessed with the "gift of gab," he would not be content unless he is around individuals or groups of people all day. Combined that fact with a degree in Communication and Business Administration makes joining the Cumulus sales team a quintessential match. Wes has found unparallelled success in sales previously and is looking to continue doing so while helping local business increase their exposure to the millions of listeners who can all be converted to potential customers.

Joe adds over 15 years of Sales and Customer Service experience to the Cumulus team.  Family business's have always been a part of Joe's life and he understands what it takes to be successful and how to reach your goals in our great community.  Through his sales career and his years in the military Joe believes in hard work, integrity and efficiency.

Joel returns to Cumulus with over 15 years of exceptional sales and customer service experience.  As a former business owner and consultant, Joel understands the importance of branding your business through advertising.  Joel is well connected with the local community and business owners and has proven success as a marketing consultant.  Joel looks forward to using his Ivy League education to help local businesses succeed.
